Application for membership

Membership subscription details

  • To become a member of Association of Sri Lankan Neurologists, please submit a duly filled and signed membership application to the ASN office along with relevant membership fee.
  • The membership fee to be paid by a member is Rs 1,000.00 and maybe subjected to change.
  • Members could pay the subscription fee annually.
  • Members could also decide to make a single lifetime subscription payment, which would be an amount equal to ten times the annual subscriptions of the relevant category.
  • Once lifetime subscription has been paid, should there be a change in membership category there would not be any additional payments to be made.

 

Membership Eligibility
(Please note that applications will be sent to the ASN Council for consideration and the membership category will ultimately be decided by the Council)
